The art of our fine Italian baking comes from our family business that started in Caserta, Italy, almost a century ago. Our grandparents came with treasured baking recipes to the United States, settling in Brooklyn, N.Y and opening Premiata Pastry. The tradition remains with us, from generation to generation.
Owner Joe and brother Robert “Bobby” brought their trade from Brookyln to Norwalk, CT. For almost fifty years in our current Norwalk location, Angela Mia stands with the same recipes. We still make our cookies and cakes the same, using all natural ingredients. There are no preservatives, additives or imitation flavors in our product. Our cookies are a “gift of good taste.” Our wedding and specialty cakes are custom-made to your exacting specifications.
